Home Health Aide

We understand that some elders or those with disabilities may have difficulty coping with their daily living challenges due to their health conditions. Our goal is to make your lives easier through home health aides who will assist you with:

  • Assistance with ADL’s

Skilled Nursing

We have Registered Nurses and License Practical Nurses who can render a nursing care services in your home. In the initial phase of skilled nursing, you will be meeting with our Nursing Director, so that your present needs are assessed and that proper care interventions can be crafted to address your home health needs.

Skilled Nursing can be very helpful with similar health situations such as:

  • Colostomy Care
  • Wound Care and Dressing Changes
  • Post-Surgical Care
  • Catheter Care including irrigation treatment and catheter change
  • Bowel Program Treatment

Personal Care

We have caregivers who are well-trained in the aspect of ADL (Activities of Daily Living) Assistance. For most clients, our caregivers will be assigned with Personal Care Tasks like:

We provide trained staff on a short-term basis for our respite care services. Respite care is a non-goal base service that gives primary caregivers a break to complete activities that they need to with not having to worry about their loved one. Respite care services are typically provided in the family’s home.

Structured Family Caregiver

OAH is proud to announce an addition to our services. We provide Structured Family Caregiving, which enables family members or close friends to provide in-home caregiver services. The benefits to our program are educational support and financial assistance while providing a safe environment and tailored care for your loved one.


Client Eligibility Criteria

  • Are at least 18 years of age and who are eligible for Aged and Disabled or Community Integration and Habilitation Waiver
  • Reside in the same home with the caregiver “relative or friend”
  • Require help with three or more Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including transferring (helping get in/out of bed), bathing, dressing, walking, eating and toileting.


Caregiver Eligibility Criteria

  • At least 18 years of age (spouses and legal guardians eligible, a guardian cannot be the parent of a minor child)
  • Clear National Background Check
  • Caring & Positive Spirit
